Theodotos, the Chef Executive Picnicker, will be sharing his secrets for preparing souvla from 10.30 AM.
AGENDA:
There is no strict schedule. If people want to "steal" Theo's technique they should come as early as 10:30 AM, but food is expected to be ready around 1:00 PM.
Please bring your own food and drinks that you would like to consume and share. Especially if you are vegetarian / vegan.
